Failsafe support

  • You can join the mailing list for free email Failsafe newsletters (one every two months) through the website or ask confoodnet@ozemail.com.au
  • Ask for the name of failsafe-friendly dietitians or other health professionals in your area (give the name of your suburb and city or town and nearest city) to  confoodnet@ozemail.com.au.
  • Ask for a failsafe phone contact in your area, see www.fedupwithfoodadditives.info (support groups).
  • You might like to join an email discussion group. People say they learn heaps and no longer feel alone. You can choose:

- individual messages, or

- digests (one email per day with up to 20 messages), or

- no messages - read everything online at the yahoo website.

You can contribute if you want or just read and learn. It is easy to unsubscribe - all you do is send an unsubscribe message, there are details on every email. These groups are immensely popular and there are now 20 including local groups. You can join as many as you want.

General groups:

failsafe 2 - good for beginners through to established failsafers, getting fairly big and can be overwhelming.

failsafe3 – also large.

failsafebasic - good for beginners through to established failsafers, smaller than failsafe 2 - probably best to join at this stage. To subscribe, email 'subscribe' in the subject-line to failsafebasic-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

failsafe - for extra-sensitive people who are already established on the failsafe diet. A large group.
