Brumby's campaign to have the bread preservative suspended

Brumby's bakeries have 265 fresh bread and bakery products outlets in Australia and New Zealand. Brumby's don't use bread preservative 282 (calcium propionate) in their breads. See http://www.brumbys.com.au/ for more info.

Each Brumby's outlet has been asked to:

display the Food Intolerance Network's Press Release "Common bread preservative found to affect children's behaviour"
display a petition to Parliament in which customers may express their "concern at the widespread use of bread preservative 282 and 223 in many Australian and New Zealand breads and urge you to suspend them from the Food Standards Code until adequate testing proves their safety for health, behaviour and learning"
display the following information:

You can help by signing the petition, by distributing copies and information to schools and workplaces, and by sending copies of the media release to your local paper, TV and radio!
